Skilled manpower is one of the critical resources for project, it not only has impact on project timeline but also has impact on quality and amount of rework. Quality and rework have direct impact cost of the project and reputation of the executing contractor. Tata Metaliks has introduced a pioneering service to produce skill manpower for water projects. Our centre trains and skills youth for the water industry, we have both options for our customer. TML can organise specific training for customer manpower and customers can also hire from the centre. We also have the option of delivering short training at site for upgrading the skills of the workmen at site. The course curriculum is in line with the best in industry and aim to multi-skill manpower in addition to the NSQF norms. TML centre will produce workmen for future.
