Introduction of the project – Tata Steel, India’s largest steel manufacturing company, is also admired for their business responsibly, community-centric initiative and social accountability. The company’s long-term CSR objective is “to improve the quality of life of the communities we serve globally through long-term value creation for all stakeholders”. SLIEM Skills has got an opportunity to become a part of the various CSR initiatives of  Tata Steel and successfully implemented several skill development programs for the empowerment of the local community.
