Salt Lake Institute of Engineering & Management Limited is a part of Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM) Group and also associated with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), a venture of Govt. of India under Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship. We have trained more than 13000 candidates under various Skill Development programs in PAN India in last 3 Years.
We are working with Governments across the country to help young work force to get trained on various job ready skills. We are providing necessary skill sets to people through the help of various State Governments programs on delivering education and training to schools, colleges and members of under privileged Societies in rural & urban areas.
IEM, Kolkata was founded by well known entrepreneur and academician, Prof. Dr. Satyajit Chakraborti in 1989 at a time when private higher education in West Bengal was virtually unknown.
